Trying to lose some weight and struggling to make any progress

Hello everyone trying to lose weight and stick to it but am having a hard time. I need help staying motivated.

    Try changing your work out routine, look into intermittant fasting, small things help too (soda, beer, wine) all have excess carbs/sugars that hinder weight loss.
