3rd week - 5 pounds down

I have currently lost about 5 pounds on my 3rd week, still skeptical if it's burned fat or loss of water retention. Although I have been drinking water like a parched camel. I want to see at the end of the month if it's real or a fluke!
Here are my stats:
SW: 210
CW: 205
Dream: 150!!
Daily cals to keep weight: 2200
BMR: 1700
Daily cal limit for 1lb loss/week: 1700
Daily cals burned exercise: 500
So this makes a loss of about 2 pounds a week.
I changed dairy milk for almond milk. I stopped soda (I used to drink 3 cans of soda a day. I eat mainly fish, chiken and lentils as protein. My plate is 1/3 protein and 2/3 steamed veggies. Switched deserts for fresh fruit. Snack on raw veggies with low fat ranch ( I only take 2 teaspoons a day of ranch; I'm a light dipper, not a scooper). I stopped eating fast food (except one little personal pizza one meal a week). I never was a big carb person, but I do have my oatmeal with fruit in the morning.
For exercise, I always park farther at work to get free parking. That's around 150 cals burned a day automatically. I burned the difference on my stationary bike to get to 500 each day (while watching netflix or TV; I ride fast on commercials and low during the show to get some fat burn). During summer, I will add dog walks (canadian winters are too cold for my miniature pinscher).
I quit all my nasty eating habits cold turkey. On the second day, I was taking a shower and suddently my vision faded and almost fell unconscious. I was quick to get out and lie down, I could of hurt myself badly. I asked my nurse cousin what happened. She said low blood pressure. I never had any health problems, it must of been because of my cold turkey diet. So far, this was the only event of the like that I experienced.
Strangely, I eat more food than before, and with less calories and fat. I eat a lot of veggies and lentils! Im not a vegan, but my body feels good with less animal products. I also have more energy than before, with no 3pm crash.
So this is my progress so far.
If you have any tips, tricks and ideas to share, please feel free to help me out!
