Motivation

Hi! Trying out MFP to pinpoint why I'm not losing weight despite working hard at it. Keep me motivated please!

    Good luck.
    Ensure you use a food scale and I’m sure you’ll be surprised and learn many things that help you on your journey forwards. It’s all a simple equation of what goes in vs what comes out so you will hopefully find some areas where you can adjust your choices or portion sizes to still be satisfied but start to see the results you’re after.
    Just be patient and in it for the long game, done be disheartened if the scales don’t show a drop after 2wks, it’s all about consistency and time.
