My wife loves to make chili relleno casserole for our evening meal. When I look it up on MFP, it states the calories for .2 of the casserole serving but it doesn’t say how big the casserole is or how many grams or ounces. Can someone help me out?

For something like that the best option is to create a recipe. Your wife can help you with the ingredients and amounts.

Yes, your best bet is to build a recipe in MFP. Are you home when your wife makes it? You could note down the weights of the ingredients as she adds them.

Sometimes the recipe builder is a little glitchy. When using the old one https://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/calculator I've found it helpful to put in a random number for the amount of servings before I actually know it, as it has lost all the ingredients after I've added that and clicked save.

I also find it helpful to save frequently. At some point that I do not know, it will time out and lose your most recent entries.
