I'm trying to figure out the best way to track the amount of calories I burn I do some cardio in the morning, with a bike ride and some light weight training, but the rest of the day is hard to track I do tons of farm work, from removing trees to shoveling out barns anyone have any advice how to track calories in these type of activities?
