What to set your chart to when wanting to lose weight

Hey guys
Just started and need some serious help with losing weight im active 4 days maybe 5 doing average of 15000 steps aday with bike 10 _15 mile bike rides and swimming
Im not sure what to set my chart to as in carbs fats ect. And calories a day can any one help many thanks

Just set up your profile here at mfp, choose an appropriate rate of loss, and mfp will give you a calorie goal.
If you're averaging 15000 steps per day, set yourself to active.
Macro % is mostly personal preference. I started with the MFP defaults and looked at fat and protein as minimums to exceed and let carbs fall where they may.1 -
