Hey y’all! My name is Tori. I’m already fairly in the good shape and healthy but I’m on a plateau and want to be able to push through and hit my goal weight. I’ve already lost some weight, so for anyone who is struggling let me know maybe I can give you some advice. 2i9ufucg3nk3.jpeg

    I did a lot of portion control. The main key was I didn’t stop eating what I wanted, I just controlled the amount I ate. So instead of 2 bowls of ice cream I would have like half a bowl of ice cream. I also did 30-45 minutes of cardio twice a week. That’s how I was able to shed it off quickly and maintain where I’m at. (:
