Hi I've started omad I'm on my 4th day, it is an little hard as I get hungry but than I push through with green tea or black coffee or normal tea without milk or sugar, I eat every day at 5PM and have a 1hr slot to eat it's called 23:1 I'm also a stay at home mum so it is hard with the kitchen just there but I've got through 3 whole days nearly 4 if anyone wants to buddy up with me or if anyone is already on it and making it a permanent life change for weight lose and health do message and add me as a friend I've lost 1lb within 3 days not alot but it is progress
