How do you add a weight loss ticker to your profile?

Please help. I cannot seem to figure this out. I am on my laptop. Step by step would be very helpful. Thanks!

You can enter a Support request at "Help," but I don't think it's gonna be fixed

Mine works ok.

Sometimes I wonder about why it works for some people...but I don't really care enough to go through all the hassle of a support request.

Thank you, @tinkerbellang83 and @cmriverside. I think it is broken for me, too. When I get to the copy and paste portion, it takes me nowhere.

Well, you shouldn't have to copy paste anything, that part is for your personal website or blog...mine just disappeared and every time I post in a thread like this I try it again.

Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Waah.

Copy and Paste is just for pasting to another site, if you just want it on your MFP profile you don't need to copy and paste it anywhere. Once you've gotten to that stage it should already be there, just click on your profile (Your username where it says Hi, HASWLRS | Help | Settings | Log Out

If it's not there, then it may be that you're affected by the bug.

Oh, I just made it work! I had to clickety somewhere where it said, "Make it public." Plus I reclicked all the choices (like pounds etc.) and chose a different "style" and Look!!

I cannot figure out how to make the ticker show up on my forum posts. It is set to public. Help?
