    the foods in the database are user inputed...there usually is one of two in the list that is right, but always double check and add your own CORRECT ones if you can't find one. You can also edit the ones listed to the correct nutritional info.

    Yes! I find this too. Often the sodium content on MFP is blank, incorrect or listed as whatever the salt content on the packaging is. Even the foods that have a tick (which I always assumed meant the values were manufacturer approved? I could be wrong about that though). I am forever correcting sodium values, to the point where I will recognise from the list immediately if I've eaten a food before because it will come up with my amendment as "Food name(Correct Sodium)".

    I had often wondered why no one was talking about this as surely I can't be the only one needing to monitor the sodium in my diet for health reasons, it's pretty common these days right?
