1500 days on MFP

Tomorrow will mark my 1,500th day on MFP. I’ve had several successes, failures, smiles and tears in that time. I started around 205 (left), my lowest was 150-ish (middle) and today I am back up to about 170 (right)
I’m back to lose the 20 pounds I regained, plus those last 15.
Obviously, my journey hasn’t been perfect, but thats been part of MY journey. I’ve learned from every pound lost and every pound gained.
Don’t let a few setbacks stop your streak.
