    Good job. How's the weight part going?

    I've been on this site since 2007, but my streaks come and go. I've had long periods of time when I just didn't come on here at all. This time around I've been diligently logging food for four years. It's the best nutrition, commitment to exercise and health I've had in decades. My weight is stable and holding. :) I learned I really can't do it without logging. It's a small price to pay.
