I love salmon, and have tons of it looking for new ways to make it. One of my favs is simple

1 salmon fillet
Salt/pepper
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash lemon Pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dill weed

Grill on BBQ until flakes with a fork (add alder chips to add slight smoke taste). Easy way to grill salmon is on a cedar plank or on tin foil.

Sounds great! Another easy way to grill salmon is in foil packets. All you have to do is add some fresh herbs (or whatever you have handy dried are great too) some veg (green beans, asparagus, zucchini or whatever you like) and squeeze some lemon over the whole thing. Wrap it to seal it inside the foil and grill on both sides for a few minutes. So easy to clean up and everyone loves getting their own little foil package of yumminess!

Drizzle salmon with some lemon juice.

Crush up 3 Ritz crackers finely over the top.

    Bake.

    Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 T Dijon mustard
    4 salmon filets
    salt and pepper

    1. Preheat your oven's broiler. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.
    2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and arrange in broiler pan.
    3. Mix sugar and mustard and spoon onto the top of the salmon filets.
    3. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes until fish flakes.
  • Soak wood chips in water for an hour

Melt butter or margarine ( 2 tbs) and add equal part olive oil
    Add a dash of: lemon juice; worcestershire; minced garlic; liquid smoke if you do not want to mess with wood chips;
Season salmon filet with lemon pepper or Old Bay
    Brush liquid mixture on top
place skin side down on grill (indirect heat works best)
Wrap wood chips in foil, poke holes in foil pack, and place on coals
Cook to medium or medium well
If filet is more than an inch and a half thick you may want to turn it over for a minute or two
Try and keep the kids away until you get your serving

I love Salmon and bake it.

Drizzle with lemon juice, season with McCormick's Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple then bake for about 20 minutes at 375 degree oven. Has that grilled and sweet flavor.

    Purchasing more salmon today.

    4 skinless salmon fillets

    3 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon bourbon (vanilla extract works amazing as substitute)
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon fresh lime
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

combine all ingredients except salmon in large zip lock bag. Add fish marinade for 1 1/2 hours.

Add salon and marinade to skillet over medium heat (coat with cooking spray). cook 4 minutes on each side until salmon flakes. Drizzle sauce over salmon and serve with green onion or sesame seeds sprinkled over the top.

Brush each salmon fillet with 1 teas grated ginger and 1 teas of light soy sauce and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 in oven. I bake carrots and butternut squash for 30 minutes on fast days and then add salmon for last 20 minutes and serve with broccoli for a 170 calorie meal.

I have done similiar with gouda instead of parmesan cheese and worked well.

talking about simplicity: marinade a salmon-filet in teriyaki sauce for 10-20 min. then grill it. (don't use sugar free teriyaki because its supposed to caramelize a little around the filet)

Everyone had grilled recipes but I can't grill at my condo so I need to use the stove. And I don't have a Forman grill either.
