HI, i wana trim down for my 28 birthday

Hello people,

I am new to this all but very excited to join this website.

I have joined a gym and eating the green stuff. I am not hugely over weight, but I want to trim down 2 stones for my birthday.

I have around 50 days to lose 2 stones.

As long as I stick to my calorie intake and exercise right I hope to reach my goal

I am new to weight loss so any advice on workouts, meal plans etc would be greatly appreciated.

And you know what, I am excited to start this journey and hope to look good on my birthday.

Bring it on!!!
