MFP Routine

Just created and logged a routine. My routine with the weight I did says I burned 350 calories. Is this close to being accurate?

It's next to impossible to know how many calories you burned...accurately anyways. I wouldn't take too much stock in that number.4

Without seeing the routine, it's impossible to say. But as giancarlove1191 said, I wouldn't put a lot of stock in it. MFP calorie burns for exercise are notorious for being overestimated.

MapMyWorkout -> MFP way overestimates my calories burned. I cut down the time of each exercise to bring it somewhat back into line.0
