Sodium in a shake or grind of salt?

My kitchen scale won't register the weight of a shake or grind of table salt. It's less than a dash or pinch. Does anybody have an estimate of sodium in just a sprinkle? I realize it's pretty subjective and that dispensers will vary. I limit myself to about a quarter turn of my salt grinder, or two shakes of a regular shaker.
I tried adding grinds as I counted to my scale but it timed out before it registered a value.
Thanks.

It's not to your benefit to try to be so precise with salt.
A serving of 1g is about 400mg...that's about a quarter teaspoon. You can just guess and be close enough, I mean even fruit has *some* sodium.3
