Hello everyone i have a quick question if anyone could help me please.
I work full time night shifts from 10pm - 7am and need help with a healthy meal plan or know what foods to eat.
Also how will my planner track what i eat if a breakfast for me would start later in the day as i would be waking up later for work & my dinner would proberly be around 2-3am?

Some here just change their time zone within their settings, as if they were traveling whether they do or not.0
