Resolutioners!!

Come back! It's that time of year when sticking to the plan is really hard. The motivation from the newness has worn off, the honeymoon is over, the weight isn't coming off as fast as you wanted. But don't give up! Maybe you haven't made it to the gym, or your eating plan slid back. You can do this. Take it one day at a time. Read the helpful stickies at the top of the forums. Post something telling other mfp-ers what your struggle is and listen to the wisdom of those who had the same challenges as you.

Time will pass whether you keep trying or give up. Where do you want to be in six months? Where do you want to be in a year? Does it really matter if you didn't lose "all" of the weight? You've got this. Come back and keep at it! :heart:
