So when i lift my right wrist hurts. I've tried to modify my workouts (I do NROL) to put less strain on it, like I switched push ups with chest press for example, but it hurts a lot after a while doing anything like even holding a lot of weight. What do I do? What could this be? It's not like I'm lifting too heavy nothing else hurts just my wrist

Probably too much extension when lifting. Common mistake.0

Keep your wrist neutral, and the center of the barbell inline with your elbow at all times.0 -
Maybe go lightweights for a week looks like abit of a sprain wrist also wrsit straps help if you got pain.0

I used to get a pain in my right forearm when lifting, but I took 5 days off for a mini break and when ive come back nothing for the past three weeks. It could be you just need to leave the lifting alone for a week just give your muscles a break.0
