I feel stupid for asking this considering I've been a member for a while - BUT how would you log HIIT workouts? I know that I should be wearing a heart rate monitor, and that everything on here is just an estimate, etc. but I don't have that luxury so I'm just wondering where it fits in? Would it be considered some sort of circuit training or aerobics?
I ran through the list of choices under exercies and I can't figure it out. Help pleeeease! *whining*

Try "walk/run" and type in your time. For HIIT, you're most likely burning about 10 calories per minute so I would say round up or down for that.0

Yeah, 10 calories a minute is about average, log as High Impact Aerobics.0
