Good afternoon y’all! I’m a former user and I’ve come back to undo all the damage I’ve done over the past few years.
About 5 years ago I lost almost 100 lbs, ran 2 full marathons and 15 half marathons along the way. Sadly, a good bit of the weight has returned and I’m ready to get healthier as I approach 40.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you guys/gals and motivating each other!
