Calories drop the go back to the normal count set by Myfitnesspal

It weird i logged in 2/14 and my calories were lower then what they were set at by myfitnesspal. I logged out, restarted my browser and it didn't change until I went to the next day.

It looks like you were less active than the Activity Setting you selected. You can turn off negative calorie adjustments, or you can move more.1
