Human nature or not?

I’m curious if a woman would be perturbed by another woman glancing at her butt
I can only speak for myself but for me, no. I'll just assume she's admiring my butt (unlikely) or my pants (more likely).
It's entirely possible that looking at my butt is motivating her to get hers into the gym so it doesn't end up looking like mine, but I'd rather not know this1 -

I used to look at other women and compare myself to them, and it made me feel pretty grim. It was plain jealousy on my behalf that they looked better than I thought I did.
As I've got older, and focused more on my health, I just appreciate people's beauty for what it is. If they've worked hard and are rocking some muscles, I'll appreciate them harder. Humans are pretty.4 -
I look at lots of people.....i enjoy people watching. I dont compare myself to others lookswise, im fairly confident in where im at, and can appreciate others attributes with no emotion attached. I do however find envy and even jealousy creep up sometimes when i see others with seemingly awesome families. I never had one, and failed at producing one.....most days I dont give it a thought, but once in a while.....7

@bojack5
this exactly: can appreciate others attributes with no emotion attached
regarding the topic of family - i think it's natural to feel that way if it's not something you had.

I wish I did. Instead I compare myself to an unattainable ideal that changes rapidly and can never be reached.1

Yes, I think we are always sizing up potential rivals. Ladies do the same thing. I work with mostly women, and when a new gal joins us, they are all "sizing" her up.0

Stopped comparing myself to other women years ago. I observe people when I have the luxury of just enjoying the ambience and view of wherever I am, so I have acknowledged perks other women/men may have. Oftentimes it merely spurs me on to workout or attend to my aging maintenance protocols a little more. The luxury I do have now though is age ... tweaking anything permanently through cosmetic surgeons is an option I can be privy to without a care, if I so choose in future.
There just seems to be more attractive people out there now especially with cross cultural unions - so many unique beauties with natural features many go under the knife for. They are born looking close to perfect through my eyes. Therein lies the rub, my eyes . What is my ideal or perfect isn't necessarily your ideal or perfect. Neither is wrong or right. Merely adds to our uniqueness & flavours.

No, I don’t compare myself, but I do notice others sometimes, especially if they are very beautiful, fit, stylish, etc. I guess that’s natural. I can appreciate beauty in others.0

Compare? No. Admire? Hell yes.
Sometimes it's style. Sometimes it's genetics (like, damn that dude is tall). Sometimes it's obvious they work hard on their body/appearance. I can appreciate all that without looking down on myself because we're all different, and that's ok.0 -
I do not compare myself with others. I have very high self esteem, so I have never felt the need to compare. I do look at others and am able to enjoy the views.0

I don't compare my self, because I'm limited to what i can do. An usually others, are not in the Same situation as i am. Yes i might, ask someone there weight, an compared to my weight, but thats ,as far, i will goo to compare0
