Weight in News feed

Question? I have seen some members that when they post their weight loss on their news feed, It also shows total weight lost in the post. How do i do that? Because when i post it shows the amount I've lost since last weighing in. It doesnt show total loss too.

MFP does it automatically at certain weights.0

You may also need to check your news feed settings. I currently have most of mine turned off so it doesn't report every single thing I do.1
