Looking for a committed weightloss accountability person to share our journey & support each other🙂

I've just turned 45 and I used to be really into my fitness, running, spinning, I ran a half marathon. I loved doing 3 spin classes a week, sometimes 2 back to back!

Fast forward a few years and perimenopause symptoms and meno middle appearing and clothes don't fit and I NEED to change it for health reasons and to reignite the love and passion I had for training.

It can be difficult at times because I have a chronic illness, joint inflammation and my pelvis is not straight after having my son. This has limited some of the things. My diet is the hardest because I'm so restricted to what I can eat due to having Ulcerative colitis (inflammatory bowel disease) so lactose, gluten and wheat intolerant. Plus can only eat soluble fibres 😩😖 so frustrating.
