2 weeks ago, I checked my blood pressure, it was high. I checked it several times, it was high. It was ranging from 130-154/90-95. I had been eating poorly, eating sodium, eating out a lot, eating a lot of crap, not been exercising, and due to overeating from eating out so much was taking lots of alka-seltzers. So 2 weeks ago, I started exercising, and dieting, cut out sodium and eating out. Now so far, I have lost 14 lbs. and my blood pressure is getting back down to normal. I have been eating salads mostly with spinach, apple chunks, red seedless grapes, walnuts, and a lean meat such as Chicken, Turkey or Tuna, along with raspberry walnut vinagierette salad dressing. I am so glad the blood pressure is getting back to normal. I been doing cardio everyday, sometimes twice a day, plus a little strength training & weight training.
