Whatever you like and fits into your calorie budget.
    A piece of fruit
    Raw veggies
    Jerky
    Cheese
    Greek yogurt
    Raw nuts
    Deli slices of meat
    Leftover cubed chicken breast
Piece of chocolate (like Dove Promises)

If it's a case of needing something for mindless snacking with minimal calories (as in you don't actually need food right then), carrots, celery with mustard blend works well.

If needing actual food bc hungry between activities with no time /kitchen.. Food/protein bars, yogurt are my usual go to.

A "healthy" snack is going to depend on the overall context of your diet. How many calories do you want to dedicate to snacking? Are there any particular macros you want to get more of? Do you need these snacks to be very filling?

I plan my days without snacks, so when I'm snacking it's because I'm unusually hungry. For that reason, I usually choose a salad with a low calorie dressing, some vegetable broth, or a small serving of pretzels. If I'm snacking because I genuinely need more food in a day (because I've exercised more than usual, for example), then I'll choose something like nuts, a protein bar, or dark chocolate.
