Who has had it and how did you fix it?

are you referring to bad posture? I was born with deformed back and extra rib. I compensate by building muscle ...when I was obese it was really bad. I'm standing straighter these days.

My first thought was a neckbeard but according to google it's referring to rounded shoulders and a forward-slanting neck.

My posture has improved notably since I started strength training. I didn't necessarily look like the left picture to start but I'm definitely closer to the right picture now.

I've been lifting for a while, but still suffer from a bit of quad dominance, which doesn't help with any of that. I try to make sure that my back and shoulders get worked the maximum number of times per week and tend to back-burner anything for chest. I'll do maybe once a week. Sitting at a desk all day works my front side PLENTY for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. My shoulders, hammies, and back need extra time and attention in the gym because they don't get it at my desk. I also do a fair amount of chest stretching especially for my pecs, but my posture issues have gone bad enough to cause arterial TOS so the stretches were recommended by my physical therapist. ... Do not recommend letting your posture go that bad...

ALSO, raise your monitor so that it's at eye level. I had to order a few assistive devices to correct my posture when working with laptops for long periods of time. Sit with your feet flat on the floor and your back as straight as possible, and make sure your arms have proper support and a decent working angle. It may help to set a timer and do a posture check once an hour or something until you're in the habit of sitting properly.
