I'm starting over to finally lose my regain. I need to get to the finish line this time and realize that I am worth it

    Also starting over...have about 40 lbs to lose. Just want get rid of excess weight that has plagued me for years.

    I feel this! I was down to 201lbs a few years ago and I've shot up to 292! We can do this.

    Same, I was 190lbs back in 2017, then I blew up to 280 (not sure if my thyroid + seroquel combo did this) but i'm down to 245-ish atm. Can't stop now, good luck, you can do this
