You know you look good!
I have read so many posts today, full of people being down on themselves.... even people who are doing an awesome job. So this post is for you all to recognize the hard work you are doing, and how far you have come! You, like me, may have a way to go, but lets celebrate the goals we have already achieved.... So if you know you are lookin' good and feelin' good, give a shout out and say HEY!

Hey! Changed up my routine for a two week diet before my bulk for eight weeks. After which I will cut for 8 weeks followed by a three month bulk. So to all of you out there not so happy. Give yourself a change of rhythm... it could make you receive huge gains in a positive way!0

My skin is looking and feeling healthier, and for the first time in my life i'm becoming that gym girl, I get all the looks from other moms as i pick up my kids- my faced is still flushed from PT, and I am sore as all get out, but i'm gettin it done. i am proud of myself for staying motivated. I have never stayed motivated this long. I have worked out this long and longer, but because i had not..not because i wanted to not for me.
thanks for this post!!0 -
You people should be extremely proud of yourselves. I know how hard it's been to lose my 23 pounds and you've lost more than I have. Don't every feel down on yourselves, you've done an amazingly hard thing.0
