yoga for knocked knees

I have slightly knocked knees and have heard that there is yoga that can somewhat correct this in mild cases. I was wondering if anyone had any links or knew of any specific poses that help. Also what exercises might help? It's something that I am not only self conscious about but also causes me to have knee pain when exercising and my chiropractor says could be contributing to hip issues or visa versa.

Sure it can help, but you would need to find a very experienced teacher - I would suggest an Iyengar certified teacher - to help you out. Mostly what you would have to do it pay attention to your alignment. How moving different muscles in your legs would help/hinder your knocked knees.
