Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat on your trouble spots. Where the fat comes off and where it likes to go on is largely genetic. The only way to reduce fat on your stomach is to keep losing weight until your body decides to start using up the fat on your stomach.
Working out can increase the number of calories you can eat in a day while remaining in caloric deficit, but you don't need to workout to lose weight or create a caloric deficit.
Working out has a TON of benefits like building muscle which can burn more calories, and keeping your bones strong and heart healthy, but the saying goes "abs are made in the kitchen" and it's not wrong. Just keep maintaining your deficit and the fat will eventually come off even your trouble spots, though you may be as annoyed as the rest of us that it always seems to come off the places you want it gone, LAST. ;-)5 -
It doesn't matter what shape you are. Calorie deficit for weight loss. Cardio for heart health and cardiovascular fitness, strength training to preserve lean mass.0

You are you shaped and that is a lovely shape indeed.
There is no spot reducing if anything I swear the spot you are most self conscious about will be the last place you lose weight.
Track calories, eat less then burn, exercise for strength and fun.
But believe you are a perfect shape for you to be and you don't want to be ๐ผโซโฌโบโนinstead be human shaped๐ถโโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐3 -
Definitely ignore the "body-type / shape" stuff. It's nonsense really.
Focus on taking in the correct amount of calories and aiming for the best nutrition for you. Exercise for health benefits and give your body time to adapt to changes.2 -

You can't spot reduce fat with exercise. The midsection is primary fat stores for pretty much all men, and a great many women...primary fat stores are a first on, last off kind of thing.0
