Lost around 90 lbs, somehow forgot how to lose weight. So I guess I’m back now?

Heyo! I previously lost around 90 lbs by myself in the past 2 - 3 years out of fear of dying at an early age due to a fatty liver, diabetes, and high blood pressure.

However at some point, either I forgot how to lose weight, or my tracking is off because I’ve been stagnant for about a month or two despite being in a caloric deficit.

So I guess I’m back now? I wanna try the whole support system thing to see if it’ll do anything to boost my motivation and discipline. I’m open to friends, followers, etc. People that I can talk to about fitness and share goals with and celebrate accomplishments. If you’re interested just send me a request or whatever this site calls it (idk how these things work)
