New and Need Help Please

Hi, Firstly i have been doing slimming world but falling out with it at the moment. Im 46years 5ft 4 and 11st 8lb.
I had a full hysterectomy in July last year so been thrown straight in to the menopause. Needless to say Ive gained 1 and half stone since my op and SW isn't working for me right now. Im back to full exercise now doing approx 5 Hi intensity classes a week. Needing guidance on what sort of Calories I need to be having a day and any other advice welcome. Thank you

MFP will set your calories for you once you enter all your stats.5

Another useful tool is Total Daily Energy Expenditure Calculator here https://tdeecalculator.net/ but just dive in with the rest of us here on MFP, you'll find us very helpful and friendly.2

Just a note: TDEE and MFP are different.
TDEE is your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. When using this method you don't eat back exercise calories.
MyFitnessPal gives you a calorie target, but then you enter your exercise and eat (some of) those calories back.6 -

Hi I did slimming world on and off for 10yrs although last 4yrs I never missed a class but also never hit target and actually weighed more when I left so back to calorie counting 👍.

Oh yeah, isn't menopause a blast? X( I hope your doc helps you getting that HRT ironed out. I went through 3 things to get it right.1
