Is there a comprehensive searchable database of the GI's and GL's for foods?
As a T2 diabetic, I've learned that using GI's and GL's is easier and could be a more precise and helpful way to determine nutrient levels that effect blood glucose levels.
Is there such a database that covers most foods (brands, restaurants, and unprocessed basic foods)? 🤷♂️
