Good morning all! There has always been more to me than I wanted. It wasnt until recently I decided to do something about it instead of just complaining. Day 4 I think. Belly hurts a lot. Im assuming from all that water and green leafy stuff. lol Im trying to eat bigger meals early and then salads and smoothies at night. Impatiently waiting for the weather to break so I can get and walk. I'm not sure what to do for inside exercises, any suggestions on movement and diet would be greatly appreciated as i am new to caring about what goes into my body. Keep in mind i'm no spring chicken! lol

Welcome!
Is there any chance that you've significantly increased your fiber intake, but are trying to keep fat intake low for calorie reasons? Is it possible that you're constipated? That's a common cause for abdominal discomfort, and a lot of people who are motivated to cut calories and eat more veggies don't realize that it's a good plan to increase fiber gradually, and to keep a certain minimum of fats in one's eating (for digestive throughput, for sure; but also in order to absorb all those good fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), keep hormones balanced, and have healthy cell walls).
For exercises, there are lots of YouTube exercise videos. It's not a thing I do for exercise, but I see people here recommending HasFit, Fitness Blender, Jessica Smith, and others. Some of them are low impact or walking-in-place oriented.
MFP can definitely help with weight loss, so good for you getting started! I've been here since I was 59 (64 now), lost from obese to a healthy weight, and am now maintaining. It can be a huge life improvement!
Best wishes for much success!0
