This isn't my first time with doing this and being on here. I was once an actual member back in 2016. I lost a total of 90 lbs during that time. And a grand total of 127 lbs all together in less than a year. Because I lost weight so quickly it wasn't sustainable and I ended up falling back into old bad habits. Well fast forward to now and I've gained back 60 or more lbs back of what I had lost. I'm not proud of myself for that, but these things do happen. My plan is to lose the weight I gained and possibly more. But I'm taking it slow this time around. I'm aiming for half a pound a week. This will give me the right amount of calories during the day so I don't feel unsatisfied or starved. I'm also going to try eating less processed foods and more whole and nutritious foods instead. I do plan to workout 3-4x a week but at the moment I'm not doing anything. I've never liked exercise even when I was a kid. So I'm taking that slow as well. And not pushing myself. I do believe a person can lose and be healthy without huge calorie deficit and without over doing it in the gym. Losing and being healthy should be a lifestyle change and something you choose to do because you want to be healthy. If you're doing for any superficial reason then you're going to fail. Trust me. I've been there myself. Anyways. My name is Mary btw and I don't mind having friends on here so we can cheer each other but no men. As I'm sure my boyfriend would not like that. And I choose to respect his feelings. Thank you for reading. Xoxo.
