Hi Guys
After having major surgery 2 wks ago (which hopefully has been successful) it has definitely been a very big challenge trying to stick to my strict diet 🥴
Trying to stay healthy after any Operation is hard at times, but I’ve weighed myself this morning & quite happy to see I’ve lost a lot of weight 😊 am still off work & will be for another few wks yet, I can’t go out exercising at the moment but hopefully soon will be able too 😊
My good friend Jonathon took me out for a treat yesterday & the best part 😱 Lemon 🍋 Cheesecake 👌
