Evening all, I have recently just started with MFP, initially I had a good weight loss and I’m managing my type 2 diabetes without medication, but recently I have plateaued, I’m very active for 8 hours a day, as I work in the Physiotherapy dept of my local hospital and follow my calorie goal of 1760 but no weight loss, am I doing anything wrong?

What is your current height and weight?
For how long have you not lost any weight at all?
How long before that were you sticking to your calorie goal and losing weight, and how much did you lose in that time?
Do you use a food scale? Log everything everyday no exceptions?2 -
How often are you weighing yourself? The less often you weigh yourself, the greater chance that you are actually losing weight but you can't see it. My suggestion is that you weigh yourself daily for a while and calculate a 7 day average.1

I have been doing MFP for 4 weeks, sticking rigid to calorie goal, I’m 5ft9&1/2 And my starting weight was 18st4Lbs I’m now 17st4Lbs I weigh everything out, with food scales, I lost the 1 stone in first 2 weeks and haven’t lost anything since then, I weigh myself once a week, I am aware that at the start you do get a big drop in the first week or two, which is mostly fluid, your speedy response is appreciated.1

Considering a large part of that stone was probably water weight, it's quite likely you gained a little of that water back, masking fat loss on the scale. I'd just double check the accuracy of your logging, especially make sure you are double checking that the entries you are choosing in the database have the correct calories, and give it a couple more weeks. Your calories seem a little low considering your current weight and active job, which is the only reason I'm mentioning logging again. Regardless, when you see such a huge swing in your weight, there's always a good chance you'll see a swing back the other way follow, usually water weight. Sometimes you need to be patient through a couple of weeks here and there when the scale doesn't cooperate.8
