Can any one give me the right measurement details for
1 Cup = ** grams/ml?
1 Bowl = ** grams/ml?
1lbs = ?

These do not convert. A cup is a measurement of volume whereas a gram is a unit of mass. You would need to know the density of the object to be able to convert (density = mass/volume). The conversion is food-specific. The label usually gives the serving size as x cups (y grams). Check the labels for this information.0
