I don't have a pic, but plan on getting kale, apples, bananas, an avocado, and maybe rotisserie chicken breasts for the week.

Well it did my meal prep for the week except for the chia pudding, noatmeal and the tofu chili bakes bc they are only good for 3 days and that’s for end of week. I’m super excited about how I’ll feel this week and hope it all goes good. I need to get little mason jars for the puddings and noatmeal! Maybe I’ll show pic of my preplanned prepped week πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

Haha ta da fudgicles are more like Ta Da.......fudgesicles! Presenting, Last but not least! And I've already eaten 3 of them. I figure at 40 calories a pop it'd a better trade-off than buying that pint of Ben and Jerry's that I keep telling myself I'm going to get.
Hmmm, do you have a recipe for the tofu chili bakes you wouldn't mind sharing? And what is noatmeal?

@nicsflyingcircus @puffbrat god job guys off to a great weekπŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ! I’ll put what my food was for later when I’ve more time. But I wanted to share some excitement I found on clearance some mal prep containers and a mandolin slicer ( which will definitely be a great help making radish chips next time I do it!) and a cup with a straw for upping my water intake πŸ₯° feeling stoked about this week 😌

It used to just be mac n' cheese with Sriracha and green onion, but over time it's evolved to wheat rotini with vegan cheese sauce made from nutritional yeast & almond milk...plus the Sriracha of course...lots of green onion, cabbage & shredded carrots. Super good!

I went over my groceries budget for this month on Saturday :* I still need at least one loaf of bread (and it's on offer this week) and a more special bread to go with some soups I still have in the freezer. Otherwise I'm probably fine. Thus boring groceries: bread.

    On Friday, I got:

2 32oz tubs of light & fit vanilla greek yogurt (should have gotten 3, but oh well)
    6 apples, already gone...
    9 tomatoes on the vine
    1 bunch green leaf lettuce
2 bunches of bananas, about 12 bananas
    1 dozen large eggs
    2 loaves Aunt Millie's 35-calorie bread
5 oz carton of baby spinach
2 packs Market Pantry carb conscious 8-inch flour tortillas
3 pound bag of small yellow onions
    3 packs Trident layers gum
11 cans Campbell's Chunky soup, mostly Chicken Noodle

Forgot to get a few packs of jell-o pudding to put in my yogurt, I'm getting those tonight.

I made tacos this week, I already had the other ingredients like beans and taco sauce, I mostly just needed vegetables and snacks.

@ReenieHJ you might like it it is a little spicy so just a few drops is plenty! It’s great on Korean dishes like bi bim bap or in pho. I’ve never used for anything else really but I’m gonna give it a go!

@just_Tomek I blend it it is an acquired taste but helps me stay full half the day so that is my little tool I use for food control plus it’s very creamy so I do like it. Kinda like a latte πŸ˜‹

No idea what kind of lattes you are drinking, but greasy and oily coffees would be a big blehhhhh in my books.
But if this works for you....

Isn't it interesting how different people are satiated by different things?

I didn't find bullet proof coffee gross, but I didn't find it filling either. I drastically cut down on the fat, added protein and fiber, and find this new coffee smoothie very filling for less calories than bullet proof coffee.
