    You can do it! I started on my healthy living and weight loss on Dec 1st 2018 weighing 275....I started this app in March 2019 and I got down to 225....this app helps me stay accountable for my eating habits and workouts too.

    Im all in!! Started in January watching my food (still have alot of cheat days ) but working out at home and at the gym and ive lost 34 pounds, we just have to find our why and everything falls in place, im working my way down from 207 and im now at 173 with lots more to go!! we can do this girl!!
