Looking for low calorie flourless bread

I was wondering if anyone had any recipes for some low calorie flourless bread, trying to not eat any potatoes, rice, or any flour, we are also gluten free, and I am dairy free. I’m sure any recipe could converted to accommodate these restrictions.

Cloud bread/oopsie bread is a good substitute for rolls/wraps. It calls for sour cream or cream cheese, maybe you could use a dairy free substitute?
