Hello all! I am stoked to finally be going all in to contribute to the message boards for the first time. I have only rarely looked through some of the recipe threads to post recipes I wanted to share with others. Not much for a 6 year user of MFP app and website I know...

I am looking to help people here out in any way I can. I focus on working with couples and those engaged about to be married in 1 year or less but also newly weds as well. This came about organically and more and more couples over the years just found me and so today couples is what I work with 75% of the time online, face to face, local ad even international.

I am a certified sports nutritionist with the ISSN, certified personal trainer with the NSCA, corrective exercise specialist with NASM and I have my MS in Exercise Science, BS in Kinesiology and a minor in nutritional science. I have been working in commercial personal training, for 8 years, corporate fitness for 2 and college athletics for 3. I also have 6 years of work with US Navy and USAF units as a civilian contract fitness director and performance nutritionist. I started working full time in the industry in spring 2010 and have never stopped since.

I love helping people change their lives across the board to become a best version of themselves in mind and body. I have found and seen time and time again that when people get their workouts, diet, recovery, supplementation and goals on par with one another, they almost always thrive in reaching their goals and the journey to get there. Its not easy no....but worth it and more than feasible by anyone.

Id like to make this my place to do what I can to offer tips, tactics, strategies, suggestions etc....on exercise, diet, behavior change etc...to help you (and perhaps a partner) reach your short and long term goals in health and fitness.
