Green box with a check

Hi! I am not new to logging food, but new to My Fitness Pal. Just playing with it this morning. What does the green box with the check mean that I see next to some foods?

    It means it's a verified entry, that said, that doesn't necessarily mean it's correct as there are often changes to ingredients or regional variations.

    Vet all your foods the first time you log them against the nutrition info on the packet or for fresh produce check the USDA website if there is no packet.
