Hi! I’m not new to MFP but It’s been a long time since I’ve participated in the community; about 5 years, I’d say.
I’ve been a lifter for 12 years, vegan for 4 and I love to run with my puppy every morning.
I’m currently focusing on body recomposition, adding a little bit of muscle while maintaining my athletic body fat level at the same time. So far it’s been working well!
MFP is an amazing tool! I’d love to meet other women with similar goals. It is difficult to find girls who aren’t afraid of gains, I know I was for years!
