hey 26 i gym almost every day but still overweight so i’m going lol be nice to follow people on their journey :)

    Hi, I am Terri. Add me if you like. I don't use the gym yet. I walk, fush, do vegetable gardening, beach seining and walking, small hikes things like that. 🙂

    Hey! I’d recommend doing some light cardio before strength training but a lot of progress comes from the kitchen I’ve found out. Feel free to add me
