Confused! Starvation Mode

After eating three healthy and filling meals there have been a few summaries saying I am not eating enough and I could put my body into starvation mode my diary is open, can someone check for me and tell me where I am going wrong. Thank you

    You're not eating enough.
    Metabolic adaptation occurs whenever you are dieting. Your metabolism will slowly adjust to meet what you are eating. You want that adjustment to be as small as possible so that you have room to cut if your weight loss stalls (could you imagine eating 500 calories per day?)

    I do not like the term Starvation mode but you are not eatting enough, You are not getting enough protein to protect your lean body mass.

    Read this and it will give you great information on why and how this all works. Help you figure out your BMR and your TDEE

    After reading your profile I really need to take back my advice. Not comfortable giving health advice with your situation. I would recommend seeing a dietician.

    I agree you're eating very little for a large man, but equally you have some current and urgent health issues. I suggest you speakto your dr about seeing a dietician to get a suitable diet sheet.
