Im on a high fiber protein diet. My doctor 3 years ago. Told me i should be doing. Black bean, spinach and onions peppers. With chicken, or fish. Also beef. I also make smoothies with organic vegetable protein powder, or i do body fortress. I don't recommend bod fortress, for weight loss. I use the powder for muscle mass. However i also changed my calorie intake from 2,500 to 1,200 calories. Do to my disability. My starting weight was 230 pounds. I am 170 now. Goal is 160 by march. I dont recommend doing 1200 calories if ,you're an active person in life.

    A bit too vague...

this is vague. For me, i didn't really eat anything different. Just less of it. Instead of half a pizza, 2 slices and supplement with a salad or something. Or maybe i wouldn't eat 4 cheeseburgers in a sitting.

The key was adding in the exercise. The more I burn, the more I can eat. And I like eating way more than i hate exercise
