Do you know how much a full portion s? A half or whole bag? I bought fettuccine and made pad Thai it’s pretty good!

It's like anything else: The amount you want, and can fit into your calorie and nutrition goals, that's a portion.

With the miracle noodles, you might want to be careful, though. For some people, they cause digestive distress. That's a reason to start with a small portion, and see how it goes.

A portion of anything is how much you want to eat. The label on the back of the bag will let you figure out the calorie and macro information for what you've decided to eat.

Well I took a whole bag and divided it into two 1 c portions bc it said. Serving was 3oz I believe but I did not weigh it 😒. I was just wondering bc I ate it two nights in a row and get hungry not long after. So I eondered if it were a true portion or half

Even multiple portions of a very low calorie food (which those noodles are) can result in feeling hungry again quickly.

I usually buy the smaller bags of shirataki noodles at Hmart and use them as 2 servings. When I buy the larger bags, I split them into 3-4 servings. And you just reminded me I'm out of them and need to go to the store.
